The identifiers your paperwork prints
Record each partner's NIF, NIS, RC and AI once, and the invoices you send them print the ones they must carry.
Addresses and contacts
Billing, delivery and return addresses, and the people to call, with their role, phone and e-mail. Each partner keeps as many as it has.
Payment terms
Write your terms once, such as 30 days or on receipt, and give each partner theirs. An invoice falls due by them unless its order says otherwise.
