Human Resources
Everyone who works here, written down the way the law asks.
Keep the staff register in one list the whole office reads: who works for the business, under which contract, since when, on which shift, their leave and their hours, and the registers and papers the law asks for, printed when they are needed.
What it does
Keep the staff register, and print it
Every person with the details the personnel register asks for, their department, their job title and who they report to. The personnel and paid-leave registers print for any period, ready to copy into the initialled books, and every departure gets its work certificate.
Keep each person's contract
Open-ended or fixed-term, with its dates, its probation, its base salary and its weekly hours, signed, amended and ended with the employment. The employment attestation prints from the contract in force.
Count leave the way the law counts it
The civil holidays are added for you, and the religious feasts as they are announced. Leave is requested, counted and approved by whoever may decide, and each person's balance shows what is earned, taken and left.
Plan who works when
The shifts the business works, a night that ends the next morning included, and the rotas its crews repeat, with night work refused where the law forbids it. On the month's roster a click changes a day: another shift, a call-in, a swap, a colleague covering a leave. It shows the shifts short of people, and prints for the notice board.
See the month, and the extra hours
One row per person and one column per day, with each person's own rest days, the holidays, the leave and the overtime already filled in. Mark the days nobody turned up, and the month's pay takes them off.
