Inventory
Know what is on the shelf, and where.
Every receipt, delivery, transfer and count moves the same stock, down to the shelf, the lot and the serial number. The figure you read is the one in the warehouse, and the products it counts are described once.
What it does
Warehouses, zones and shelves
Set up each warehouse with its zones and its locations, down to the shelf a product sits on. Stock is kept, and found, at that level.
Lots, serial numbers and expiry
Follow a batch from its receipt to its sale, and a single item by its serial number. Every hour, stock past its expiry date is marked expired on its own.
Movements and transfers
Every change in stock is a movement you can trace back. A transfer order sends goods from one warehouse to another with its shipping details.
Count a little at a time
Cycle counts spread the counting over the year, a group of products at a time, without closing the warehouse. Differences beyond your tolerance become an adjustment.
Products, variants and price lists
Families give products their attributes, and a configurable product makes its variants on its own, one per size or colour. Price lists set what each market pays.
