Payroll
Every month's pay, worked out, paid and declared.
Each month works out what every person earned and what the law takes from it, closes for good, prints the payslips, pays the net salaries through Treasury and hands your accountant the figures the CNAS and the tax office ask for.
What it does
Keep the figures the law fixes
The minimum wage, the social-security rates and the income-tax scale, each dated from the text that set it, and your own pay elements, each saying what it counts for. See what a salary nets and costs before anybody is paid it.
Work out the month's payslips
One run a month, opened in order, lists everyone with a signed contract in it and reads their leave, their absences and their overtime. Closing the month numbers the payslips, and nothing in it changes again.
Pay the salaries in one press
Choose the account the wages leave from, and a closed month is paid as one payment per person in Treasury, for exactly what each payslip says.
Declare the month and the year
The contributions and the income tax as a spreadsheet file to carry to the CNAS declaration and the G50, the annual declarations from the year's closed months, and each due date with the article that sets it.
Settle what a departure is owed
The leave not taken, the notice paid instead of worked and the indemnity are worked out for you and paid on the last payslip, with the final pay statement the person signs as received.
